Six montages de diff\u00e9rentes tailles sont illustr\u00e9s \u00e0 la figure 1.<\/p>\n\t<p>A hardened tool steel blade (lower left in the photograph of Fig. 2), having an accurately toleranced cutout of the diameter of the fastener to be tested, is inserted in a fastener support fork (lower right) having similar cutouts.\u00a0 These two components are mounted in a steel holder (top) for stability.\u00a0 The fastener to be tested rests on the fork and a compressive force is applied directly to the top of the blade to double-shear the fastener.<\/p>\n\t<p>Les trois composants de l'appareil sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s individuellement sur la figure 2.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wyomingtestfixtures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_3156-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3156\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"467\" width=\"700\" title=\"IMG_3156\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" \/>\n\t<p>Fig. 2 : Composants d'un appareil typique<\/p>\n\t<p>Ces dispositifs sont vendus soit individuellement, soit en jeux, comme indiqu\u00e9 sur la figure 1, car un dispositif de dimensions sp\u00e9cifiques est n\u00e9cessaire pour chaque taille de fixation \u00e0 tester, qu'elle soit anglaise ou m\u00e9trique. Ainsi, ces dispositifs sont normalement fournis en jeux de diff\u00e9rentes tailles, selon les sp\u00e9cifications du client. Il est possible de fabriquer des dimensions personnalis\u00e9es pour tester des fixations sp\u00e9ciales, car chaque diam\u00e8tre de fixation n\u00e9cessite un dispositif de fixation individuel.<\/p>\n\tAs indicated in Fig. 3, sets of as many as 52 individual fixtures have been fabricated for customers, with sizes ranging from 0.112 in. diameter to 1.250 in. diameter.\u00a0 The smallest of these fixtures weigh on the order of only one ounce, while the largest weigh nearly 50 lbs. For those who need to test to a MIL-STD with fasteners considered too short to be used in this method, <a href=\"https:\/\/wyomingtestfixtures.com\/fr\/products\/fastener-testing\/fastener-single-shear-test-fixtures-mil-std-1312-20-nasm-1312-20\/\">MIL-STD-1312-20 (mod\u00e8le n\u00b0 WTF-SS)<\/a> est recommand\u00e9e.\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wyomingtestfixtures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/IMG_3952-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3952\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"467\" width=\"700\" title=\"IMG_3952\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" \/>\n\t<p>Fig. 3.
